Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with regard to valid travel documents, such as valid passports and visas. Pakistan embassies and consulates will be notified of the event for expediting visa procedures. Further, it is to inform that the Organizing Committee for the Plenary Meeting is trying to create resonance/synchronization with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, in order to facilitate our distinguished delegates.
Participation
Registration on-line is mandatory. There are two types of registrations:

Member Official Delegates: Only those persons included in the official roster sent in advance to the ICAC Secretariat by member governments will be accredited as Official Delegates. Their registration fee is complimentary.

Observers: The registration fee for Observers is US$600. One complimentary registration is given per delegation representing a non-member country and international organization. Observers are eligible to attend all plenary sessions and social activities, including coffee and tea breaks, conference lunches each day and all dinners and receptions.
